Iced Coffee, purplecow-style
Pull a double shot over sugar. Stir. Add icecubes and allow to get cold. Add cold milk. Use a double basket in a single-spout portafilter to carefully float another double shot over the top of the cold beverage.
Resulting beverage is delicious, and is warm on the lips while cold to drink.
Optional: float a shot of Kahlua over the drink at the end for a punch.
